All software upgrades require new feature codes
The following items must be provided upon placement of order

  1. Feature Code #1, #2, & #3
  2. MAC address of the Nanodac

It is very important to verify you have the correct feature codes and MAC Address
To located the feature codes via front panel:

  1. Log in as Engineer
  2. Go to Instrument à Security

To located the MAC address via front panel:

  1. Log in as Engineer
  2. Go to Network à Interface

Example for Nanodac upgrade for the Controller option and Rel. Humidity would be:
NANOUPG/C/X/RH/XXX/XX/XXXXX/05/XX
