The
Product Specialist is an integral position within
the process manufacturing industry. The responsibility
of the product specialist will include:
- Learning
all aspects of the products
- Defining
and executing product strategy

on the road to meet clients for presentations and
support as necessary

industries to products that can benefit them

Primary
Responsibilities: Guide clients through the product
onboarding process including presentations, training
and ongoing customer and product support. Serve as product
stakeholder with the ability to define, clarify and
implement vision with team members. Develop and document
new and existing product specifications and priorities
based on market insight, user feedback, extensive analysis,
customer trends and competitive research. Work closely
with engineering, marketing, and management teams to
bring new features from inception to market. Work closely
with customers to refine product concepts to ensure
customer success and adoption. Develop and maintain
effective and pro-active product instructional tools
for online support system. Support the sales effort
through demos, pre-sales support and direction for marketing
collateral. Gather and analyze product performance,
operational metrics. Additional duties as needed. |

Minimum
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree (minimum
of 1 - 5 years experience in marketing, business or
technical role) must possess an integral understanding
of b2b marketing and technology services. Ability to
analyze and understand customers' business to provide
product solutions. Demonstrated analytical and problem
solving skills. Desire to Innovation - develop new ideas
independently and with a team and execute with minimal
direction. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills for effective interface with all levels of the
organization as well as with clients. Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting regular
deadlines. Demonstrated ability to lead, work independently,
and take initiative. Professional demeanor with excellent
interpersonal and presentation skills. |
